This 3D/4D web application is an interactive web map for the aWHEREness:lab project. It contains the different building complexes of the project partners such as Liebherr, COPADATA and RSA FG iSPACE (indoor and outdoor) as well as other surrounding building layers (blocks, landmarks, Europark) and different live sensor systems (indoor sensors, printers, airplanes, ISS). The aim is to map different levels of detail of the earth and the processes taking place in it live on a multi-level scale.
Science City Itzling - Indoor/Outdoor (4.14)
This web application is an interactive 3D/4D web map of Science City Itzling. It contains the building complexes (indoor and outdoor) of Itzling as well as various live sensor systems (indoor sensors, printers, airplanes, ISS). The aim is to map different levels of detail of the Earth and the processes taking place within it on a multi-level scale. Here the indoor positioning functions with the virtual spaces (M5Stack: immediate, near, far).
4D-SDIs (4.14)
This web map shows demonstrator 3 of the 4D-SDIs project and includes basemap.at in 4D. In addition to the different 3D building layers and environment elements, live data is also integrated (e.g. airplanes, departure times of public transport, sensors, weather stations, etc.) Thus, this web map offers a 4D basemap for further analyses and applications.

The development of technically advanced solutions - combining monitoring, planning and control - supports the management of processes along the entire forest-based value chain. On this entry page, the apps have been compiled especially for the workers in the forest district (e.g. truck drivers, foresters, forest workers).
ArcGIS Insights
The aim of the FWF funded VDM project was to examine in detail every edition containing printed music published in the German-speaking lands, from the introduction of this new medium in 1470 until 1550. The research data can be analyzed in more detail in this dynamically linked dashboard.
UML mobility platform
With this platform we want to support the search and find and evaluate Salzburg mobility data. Many data remain siloed and untraceable due to hardly accessible documentation or due to their 'draft' status - especially these current research and application projects are of particular value for further analyses and evaluations of mobility in Salzburg.
Website of the 4D-SDIs project
The 4D-SDIs project aims at the development of implementation strategies and prototyping of new technical 4D-SDI solution approaches and tools and, based on these, technical standards and organizational strategies for the comprehensive harmonization of the content of 4D data sets.
Schematic Basemap.at-3D
'Simplified' representation, which is mainly used for overlays and thematic maps (3D simplified/schematic, approx. LoD1). This simplified version of the 3D-basemap should be as abstract as possible, i. e. use only simple geometric shapes and also rather muted colours (e.g. pastel shades and grey tones), in order not to distract from the actual content that can be inserted by users ('overlays').
Realistic Basemap.at-3D
This is the realistic version of the 3D-Basemap, which means that it contains realistic-looking buildings, trees and landmarks and uses orthoimages as ground information. It was created within the FFG-funded research project '4D-SDIs' in cooperation with Synergis GmbH.

Landing page of the NPBG apps
The Berchtesgaden National Park is the only Alpine National Park in Germany that has set itself many tasks. In the first place is the protection of nature. In doing so, man takes a back seat and the natural processes in nature over as large an area as possible are in the foreground. Nature conservation is therefore a central component of sustainable development.
Landing page of the VDM maps
The aim of the FWF-supported VDM project was to examine in detail every issue of music published in the German-speaking world from the introduction of this new medium in 1470 to 1550. The research data can be analyzed in more detail in this dynamically linked dashboard.
Science City Itzling, THE4BEES
Geoinformatics sensors are the 'digital skin' of our planet: Through them, we are able to observe, diagnose and sometimes even forecast changes in the earth's surface. Many of these technologies are even embedded into our daily life.
ispace
NodeRed is an open-source tool, which is based on a 'building block principle' and allows the development of automated workflows by means of different nodes. An available plugin enables the creation of dashboards. Thus live data can be monitored and displayed over time.
ispace
OpenHAB is an open-source software for the comprehensive standardization of sensor data, among other things, which can be linked with each other in a manufacturer- and software-neutral manner. Here the current meta data of the home automation sensors, which are installed in RSA FG Research Studio iSPACE, can be viewed as a summary in standardized form.
Story Map
Geoinformatics sensors are the 'digital skin' of our planet: Through them, we are able to observe, diagnose and sometimes even forecast changes in the earth's surface. Many of these technologies are even embedded into our daily life. The IDEAS:lab is an interactive laboratory for exploratory learning on all knowledge levels: from geoinformatics experts to the general public and schools. It is equipped with innovative digital earth technologies and focuses on connecting real and virtual worlds.
Story Map
With this storymap, the story behind the THE4BEES project is presented in a way that allows pupils on GIS-Day to learn about energy saving in a clear and interactive way.
Story Map
Smart devices can be used to raise awareness of energy consumption and to provide useful information on current status. By integrating sensors into systems and applications, this information can be easily and quickly displayed and analyzed for people (e.g. with map dashboards). By implementing rules, tips and messages can be displayed to the user or even actions can be performed automatically (e.g. switching off lights when nobody is in the room), which help to optimize energy consumption.

3D story map for all partners
THE4BEES builds on the hypothesis: Energy is consumed by people rather than by buildings. Although most of the strategies to achieve energy efficiency in buildings focus on technical mitigation measures, to reach the ambitious goals on Low Carbon set by EU and Alpine Strategy (EUSALP), both structural and soft approaches shall be considered complementarily across the Alpine Space.
3D story map
A story map of the BORG Oberndorf, developed during the THE4BEES project. The increase of energy efficiency of buildings is an important topic. Thermography provides a major contribution to achieve this goal. High heating costs, mold formation or just an uncomfortable indoor climate are often the result of invisible building damages. Thermography makes this visible.
3D story map
THE4BEES story map of the HBLA Ursprung. The HBLA combines traditional agriculture and the adherence to traditional values with the application of the achievements of modern technology and future-oriented action. Typical school celebrations such as Thanksgiving celebrations, 'Anklöpfeln', Christmas and spring concerts or court festivals, which are musically arranged by pupils, stand harmoniously alongside modern science projects.
